Rowan of Rin

Over several weeks, Grade 5/6 students have been studying the story “Rowan of Rin” by Emily Rodda. As a follow up activity, they created model town of Rin and clay figures of the story’s characters.

They then re-created the story using their props to make a Claymation video.

This creation is the result of many weeks work, the first time we have used this technology on the library Ipad, and the students are to be congratulated on their efforts.

Well done Grade 5 & 6 (& Terrie & Mrs Bruce!!).

Staff Outing

Staff Outing

On Sunday, 9th June, 12 staff members and their partners  took part in our staff excursion to see the Great Gatsby at the Pictureshowman in Merimbula. Staff dressed for the occasion in 1920’s gear, and the movie was followed by dinner at Wheelers Restaurant. It was a most enjoyable excursion; great fun with great company!!
